New Chevy Equinox: Where Versatility Meets Performance in Cottonwood

With its advanced capabilities and big features, the new Chevrolet Equinox is a compact crossover SUV that perfectly fits the busy and adventurous lifestyle. Performance & Capabilities

With a 1.5L turbocharged four-cylinder engine and six-speed automatic transmission, the 2024 Chevrolet Equinox delivers reliable performance of 175 total horsepower and the option for either front-wheel drive or all-wheel drive across all trim levels. According to EPA estimates, the front-wheel drive models have a fuel economy of 26 MPG in the city and 31 MPG on the highway, while all-wheel drive models get 24 MPG and 30 MPG, respectively.

With its spacious interior, the Equinox features generous front and rear legroom of 40.9 inches and 39.9 inches for up to five people. The maximum cargo capacity is 29.9 cubic feet behind the second-row seats and 63.9 cubic feet behind the front-row seats. Additional storage is also found under the rear cargo floor.

Interior & Exterior Features

The 2024 Chevrolet Equinox has modern features that elevate every trip to Camp Verde. The exterior has LED headlamps, heated power side mirrors, solar-absorbing glass, and 17-inch aluminum wheels. Both roof rails and a panoramic power sunroof are optional features on the LT, RS, and Premier trims.

The interior cabin features a six-speaker audio system, active noise cancellation technology, USB ports, Bluetooth connectivity, a four-way manual driver seat, and premium cloth seating. A 7-inch infotainment touchscreen display on the dashboard comes with the Chevy MyLink interface, Apple CarPlay, and Android Auto integration. Both Amazon Alexa and Wi-Fi hotspot connectivity are also available with a subscription, and a Bose premium seven-speaker audio system is optional on certain trims.

Colors

Five color schemes are available on the base trim near Prescott Valley, including summit white, sterling gray metallic, mosaic black metallic, lakeshore blue metallic, and riptide blue metallic. Three additional color schemes are available on more advanced trims: harvest bronze metallic, radiant red tintcoat, and iridescent pearl tricoat. Medium ash gray is the standard seating color, but jet black is also available on certain trims.

Safety

Every vehicle comes standard with Chevy Safety Assist, which features front pedestrian braking, a following distance indicator, intelligent automatic high beams, forward collision alert and automatic emergency braking, and lane keep assist with lane departure warning. Additional features such as front and rear park assist, adaptive cruise control, rear cross-traffic alert, lane change alert, and HD surround vision are optional or standard, depending on the trim.

Trims

The 2024 Chevrolet Equinox comes in four different trims plus two special editions:

• The LS trim offers the most affordable and minimalistic experience.
• The LT trim adds LED daytime running lamps, dual-zone automatic climate control, a 4.2-inch multi-color driver information screen (optional on the LS trim), and a power driver seat with power lumbar control.
• The RS trim adds a power liftgate, LED tail lamps, 19-inch aluminum wheels, and the option for cloth or leather seats with red accents.
• For the ultimate experience, the Premier trim features 18-inch machined-face aluminum wheels, fog lamps, a hands-free gesture liftgate, a 120-volt outlet, a heated steering wheel, a memory package, an SD card reader, a wireless charging pad, a larger 8-inch color touchscreen, and perforated leather-appointed seats with the option for maple sugar trimming.
• The Midnight Edition available on the LS features 18-inch gloss black aluminum wheels, black bowtie emblems, and a unique black grille.
• The Redline Edition exclusive to the Premier features a unique black grille, black ice interior accents, black window surround, and door handles, unique bowtie emblems and decals, and 19-inch black wheels with red accents and black center cap.
