Came in prior for another service. After leaving we found the car had no power. Took it back the next day. Was given a loaner and they found the lack of power was unrelated to the other work. The turbo had a cracked in it. It was all covered by warranty and the car niw works great. Thanks!

I arrived early for my appointment for an 8:00 a.m. first warranty service for my new Chevy Colorado. I was happy that the Service Advisor, Steve Lopez, took my pickup into the service bay right away. At the time of purchase, the Dealer gave me a green folder showing all the wonderful steps they take at that initial service visit, but I was disappointed when they did not wash the pickup. It really is not a big deal if they didn't wash the truck, but it just makes me worry . If they said they would wash the pickup but did not, then how many other steps of those five promised services were omitted?

As soon as I drove in and got out of my truck Steve greeted me and knew who I was from the paper work and verified me by name. He recommended one more item to be serviced since it was a major service milestone and I agreed. He was courteous and understood I was waiting for the vehicle. Amelia in their little coffee shop was also courteous and very fast when preparing drink for me. The cashier was excellent also. I got out of there faster than anticipated.

We’ve been having a serious issue with our GMC — when it overheats, it shuts down to a very low speed until it cools down. The problem is, every time it happens we’re nowhere near a GMC dealer to get it diagnosed on the spot. When we finally brought it in to Larry Green GMC, the mechanics told us there was “nothing they could do” since the check engine light wasn’t on. This response is very frustrating, especially since we’re less than 1,000 miles away from our 36,000-mile bumper-to-bumper warranty expiring. If the issue happens again after the warranty ends, it seems like we’ll be stuck paying out of pocket — even though the problem started under warranty. On top of that, when they returned our car, they didn’t bother to clean out the disposable items they left inside. It felt careless and unprofessional. We can’t understand why a mechanic wouldn’t be willing to actually investigate the underlying issue, just because the light wasn’t on. Problems don’t always trigger a code right away, but that doesn’t mean the issue isn’t real. To us, this shows a lack of effort and customer care. We left feeling like the dealership doesn’t want to put in the work to properly diagnose problems, and instead just waits until it becomes the customer’s financial responsibility.

Everything was great, EXCEPT if you are going to offer car washes please do a good job. I can rinse my car off very easily but to include a car wash as part of your service and not really wash the car doesn't make sense. Please in the future either don't offer it or do a good job at it. I know this may seen trivial to you but there are no full service car washes in Cottonwood.

My one complaint is with me leaving the dealership with a dirty $71.000 truck after waiting an hour to have it detailed. I have bought many new vehicles and not once did I have that problem.I paid $200 the day before to have my vehicle cleaned to present it for a good trade in only to with a truck that was dirty inside and out.

The process was smooth, and I will say customer/buyer centric rather than seller centric. Beyond that, the important aspect was Larry Green Chev had the right combination of features on the truck I was interested in. Just because the base truck is a functional tool for me doesn't mean I don't want the best modern functional/technical capabilities when I sit in the drivers seat. I appreciated they had that kind of combination, and the 100 mile drive was worth it.
