We’ve been having a serious issue with our GMC — when it overheats, it shuts down to a very low speed until it cools down. The problem is, every time it happens we’re nowhere near a GMC dealer to get it diagnosed on the spot. When we finally brought it in to Larry Green GMC, the mechanics told us there was “nothing they could do” since the check engine light wasn’t on. This response is very frustrating, especially since we’re less than 1,000 miles away from our 36,000-mile bumper-to-bumper warranty expiring. If the issue happens again after the warranty ends, it seems like we’ll be stuck paying out of pocket — even though the problem started under warranty. On top of that, when they returned our car, they didn’t bother to clean out the disposable items they left inside. It felt careless and unprofessional. We can’t understand why a mechanic wouldn’t be willing to actually investigate the underlying issue, just because the light wasn’t on. Problems don’t always trigger a code right away, but that doesn’t mean the issue isn’t real. To us, this shows a lack of effort and customer care. We left feeling like the dealership doesn’t want to put in the work to properly diagnose problems, and instead just waits until it becomes the customer’s financial responsibility.

Everything was great, EXCEPT if you are going to offer car washes please do a good job. I can rinse my car off very easily but to include a car wash as part of your service and not really wash the car doesn't make sense. Please in the future either don't offer it or do a good job at it. I know this may seen trivial to you but there are no full service car washes in Cottonwood.

Everyone in the dealership seemed happy to see me. Daniel and Rich were easy to work with, friendly and competent personalities. I was also recognized and greeted by others as they passed by me. The process was smooth, and I will say customer/buyer centric rather than seller centric. Beyond that, the important aspect was Larry Green Chev had the right combination of features on the truck I was interested in. Just because the base truck is a functional tool for me doesn't mean I don't want the best modern functional/technical capabilities when I sit in the drivers seat. I appreciated they had that kind of combination, and the 100 mile drive was worth it.

the salesman although inexperienced did a good job. The manager was fair with my trade in. My one complaint is with me leaving the dealership with a dirty $71.000 truck after waiting an hour to have it detailed. I have bought many new vehicles and not once did I have that problem.I paid $200 the day before to have my vehicle cleaned to present it for a good trade in only to with a truck that was dirty inside and out.

Quick and easy visit for oil change and tire rotation. The only downside I would mention is that when I booked the service online, it mention a car wash would be included. Didn't get that. A minor thing. I am generally always pleased with the service I receive at the dealership.

Ive taken my truck in twice now for the same issue! I went and pick it up the other day they said they put in a new cable in it to fix my trailer connector issue and still not working hopefully I can get this fixed as soon as possible I did check my trailer with 3 other vehicles we have at home and they all work perfect with the light connector ! Once I plug it into my 2023 gmc no lights work or nothing !!

My experience has always been great. I pulled in and waited a very short amount of time. The gentleman was very courteous and professional, he checked me in and offered me a cup of coffee. I went to the lounge to wait. At some point I received a message telling me I needed a new carbon filter, which I agreed. Not to much longer and he came to tell me he was done. The car looked great and I was very pleased.

Steve Lopez was very nice & very helpful, he really went all out to do all he could to save our vacation trip. We had a water pump issue with our traverse that almost ended our trip. Steve checked to see if they had the parts in stock & was able to fix our vehicle for us that very same day. We were able to continue our trip to the Grand Canyon as planned. I have a16 month old Equinox that is now leaking oil from the turbo cooler , and the OEM part is not available. Prior to this car I had a Larry Green late mid Trail Blazer that developed a fuel leak in the fuel chamber. The part availability was 6 months and you would not allow me to drive the car away which was traded for my new Equinox which is undoubtedly the worst new car I’ve ever owned. Furthermore at the oil change yesterday with a $65 special running I was charged an additional $10 for oil disposal??? Really! So the cost of the oil change is $75 not $65. Stop jerking your customers around and quote the real TOTAL cost and stop the deceitful approach. The only thing that keeps me coming back is your Service Advisor Steve. I have more stories, but I’m done typing!
